The Problem With Early TRT

- Sleep 7–9 hours consistently: Sleep deprivation alone can reduce testosterone by 10–15%. This is the single highest-impact intervention for most young men.
- Resistance train 3–4 days per week: Heavy compound movements (squats, deadlifts, bench press) are proven testosterone boosters. No supplement or peptide matches this effect.
- Fix your diet: Adequate protein (1.6–2.2g/kg), sufficient healthy fats, and micronutrient coverage (zinc, magnesium, vitamin D) support endogenous testosterone production.

A 25-year-old body with normal testosterone production is the most powerful optimization platform available. Optimize sleep, training, nutrition, and stress management before even discussing pharmaceutical intervention.
